Public access to all departments of Holy Spirit Northside Private Hospital (HSN), including the Specialist Medical Centre, QDI, pharmacy and other like services during the period of redevelopment has changed and you need to be aware of the following:

Main access to the hospital is via the lower entrance (off First Avenue) parking is not available at the main entrance to the hospital and drivers are requested to set down patients at the designated drop off point before parking their vehicle parking options are in the public car park (see map at left, fees apply) or on surrounding streets (often scarce to find) wheelchairs (if required) will be available inside the main foyer located on the ground floor after parking your vehicle, drivers waiting for a short stay patient are invited to avail themselves of the facilities in the Deck Café on the Ground Floor. Be sure to make prior arrangements with Day Surgery staff to call you when a patient is ready to be collected may we suggest drivers collecting longer stay patients firstly proceed to Admissions on ground level main foyer for assistance. Once again, wheelchairs will be available for family to assist patients to the pick up point

• outpatients, carers and visitors are reminded that the hospital is serviced by several buses and a maxi-taxi service operates at 30 minute intervals from 8:30am to 5:00pm Mondays – Fridays between the hospital and the Westfield Shopping Centre. Vehicular access
We recommend that all commercial and delivery vehicles enter the hospital grounds via Hamilton Road or Webster Road.

Service Entrance
Service bays are available and can be accessed off First Avenue.

Short term parking is available to small commercial vehicles in the designated Commercial Vehicle Zone adjacent to the Clinical Sciences Building (also accessible off First Avenue). Once parked, drivers can make their way on foot to the hospital’s main entrance.
